If ever you order something from us and find don't like it, we will refund your purchase price without question if you will return the product in it's original condition within 14 days of our shipping date. We will try to resolve any concerns you have about anything you buy from us at any time. Any defects can be repaired, replaced, or refunded at Gemergence's discretion.  We want you to be happy with your purchases.

Care for this jewelry is not unlike the care needed for any fine jewelry. Some stones are more fragile than others but all of the stones can be gently rinsed and then dryed with a clean cloth. The sterling silver wire needs polishing from time to time. The gold-filled wire wears like gold and will need the same care you would give any gold piece.

Custom orders are welcome.  A photo of finished custom orders can be sent before purchase is made.  Purchases can be gift wrapped and sent to that someone special.  Contact us with questions or for quotes.
